48 Hour Guest House Reservations:

Book within 48 hours of arrival and recieve the discounted room rate per night of $275 plus applicable taxes, regardless of time of year. Subject to availability.

 

The Honors Course has nine accommodation options available to members and their guests. Overnight members and thier guests are served a pre-selected dinner made one week prior to arrival either at their guest house or in the clubhouse dining area. Food and beverage choices are made from a varied menu in advance of member arrival. Guest houses are stocked with water, soda, and beer. Alcoholic beverages are stocked upon request. In addition to the established room rate outlined below, there is a 9.25% Tennessee State Sales Tax and 4% County Occupancy Tax.

2025 off-season rates of $275 per room, plus applicable taxes, are in effect: December 1, 2025.  

 

We encourage members to plan several weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Guest House Reservation Policy:

For purposes of this new rule, (i) reservations made for multiple, consecutive nights will be treated as a single reservation, (ii) reservations made for stays coinciding with any scheduled golf tournament or event at the Club will not be counted towards the allowed advance guest house reservations and (iii) should a member have three (3) advance reservations confirmed at any time, additional rooms may be reserved when booked 30 days or less in advance of the guest house check-in date.

Guest House Check-in & Check-out Times:

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. and check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Members checking in before 11:00 a.m. may be asked to store their luggage in the locker room. Members checking in before 2:00 p.m. may be asked to move their luggage to the locker room in order to prepare for the next arrival. If you or your guests will be arriving after 6:00 p.m., please make arrangements in advance with the reservations department.

Security:

A safe is provided in each guest bedroom for storage.

We also recommend that your guest house be locked at night.

Guest House Transportation Service:

Transportation to and from the airport is available at the following rates. Due to the busy nature of this service, we ask that you please confirm transportation reservations with the Reservations Department prior to arrival and departure.

• During regular Club hours $75.00

• Before and after regular Club hours $100.00.

Guest House Food & Beverage:

A guest house dinner menu will be sent to our members prior to arrival. All menus should be completed via the fillable forms, called in, or e-mailed back to the Club two weeks before arrival. Please let us know of any special requests or allergies.  

• Soda, Water, Beer

  • Soda, mineral water, bottled water, and beer will be stocked in the refrigerators in the guest houses and members will be charged for the items that are consumed by the members and their guests during their stay. Members and their guests may not provide such items for consumption in the guest houses. If a member feels there is not a sufficient stock of such items in the refrigerator, guest house services will arrange for the placement of a cooler with such items in the guest house.
     

• Liquor and Wine

  • At the request of the member, the Club will provide wine and liquor for consumption in the guest houses and the member will be charged based on consumption. Members are encouraged to make arrangements with the Reservations Department for the provisions of these items. See Ted Choe for extensive wine list. Members and guests are prohibited from providing their own beer, liquor, and wine on Club property.

Cancellation Policy:

Any room cancelled during the period from April 1 through November 30, of any year, will be subject to the following cancellation policy:

A room cancelled within 15 days of arrival date will be charged 100% of the room rate.

A room cancelled during the period of 16 to 31 days before the arrival date will be charged 50% of the room rate.

However, if the Club can book and rent the cancelled rooms by another member, the cancellation charge will not be applied.

Additionally, the Reservations Manager may remove room charges in extenuating circumstances, such as a death in the family, medical emergencies, etc. Weather will not be accepted as a reason to cancel a reservation (unless extreme circumstances).
